Specialises in:
In 2015, I began practising Family Law after completing the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in Holborn, London. I subsequently trained at a well-established high street firm in Bolton, England, specializing in Advocacy, Children Law, and Family Law. In 2019, I qualified as a Solicitor-Advocate, granting me full rights of audience equivalent to any barrister in all civil courts across England and Wales.
Throughout my career, I have handled a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, cohabitation disputes, and applications under the Children Act – including child arrangements orders, specific issue applications, prohibited steps orders and enforcement applications.
My approach to family law is pragmatic and client-focused. I take the time to understand my clients' desired outcomes and provide clear, practical advice on the relevant legal framework, ensuring they are aware of all available options to make informed decisions.
I also work collaboratively, keeping my clients informed at every stage of their case to foster a trusting relationship whilst ensuring transparency in the matter. Whenever possible, I strive to resolve cases amicably, offering an efficient and cost-effective alternative to court proceedings.
Family law is an inherently sensitive area, with each family facing unique challenges. While I bring empathy and understanding to my work and tailor my advice to every case, I also maintain a professional level of detachment to ensure my clients receive the best possible legal outcome.
I primarily communicate in English, but I also offer consultations in Urdu for Asian clients who feel more comfortable conversing in their native language.
